If you are not happy with the product and service we provide follow the steps below
Please note that for reasons of hygiene and safety opened Eyepeace devices are non-returnable.
We hope you’ll be delighted with your Eyepeace device. On the rare occasion that there is a fault with the device, we’re more than happy to offer a full refund or replacement. Simply return the unused item to us within 30-days, ensuring it’s in its original packaging and accompanied by proof or purchase (receipt, invoice, or despatch note).
For web orders please follow the easy steps below:
1. Package the item up, ensuring the completed invoice is included in the parcel and the return address is displayed clearly on the outside of the parcel (see below)
2. Take the item to the Post Office and ask for proof of postage
Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed, all refunds will be applied to the original card used to place the order.
